Trying to pay with paypal over ebay btw getting the following error msg like:

- what could be the solution? as I really want to pay over paypal. the seller accepts it so I can not really know what is the problem with the checkout. I have made a former checkout an hour ago...

here is the message what I've got and attached as a screenshot.

thus, here is the error msg: 

Unfortunately, we can't process your payment. Here are your options:

• Check out with another PayPal method, like the one we're showing now.
• Select a different payment option.

This was my second time to pay with paypal (registered bank card) over eBay. My first one was like 2 hour ago. 

Is there a limit for that or something else? I have enough money on the bank card.

Have you linked your paypal and ebay accounts?

Are you paying in the correct currency.

Have you confirmed that card linked to your paypal account with the 4 digit code sent to your card statement?

Is your email address verified.

Does the billing address of the card match your paypal account address?

The overall answer is YES, except the linked card confirmation process as I will only see that in the next 48 hours. 

But somewhere I read that it is not in connection with paying with the card, it only counts when I want to send and recieve money. That is why I do not bother.

Now I have the card confirmation as well, but still can not pay. getting the same "error" message. 

any idea ? 😞
