Hi, I am trying to refund someone but it will not complete despite having sufficient balance available.
His incoming payment says 'held'
Please advise - I'm not sure what to do next.
Additional info - his payment was in dollars and my balance was in sterling - I don't know if this has anything to do with it.
I issued a separate refund by converting sufficient funds to dollars, however now my dollar account is showing overdrawn???
I can't get hold of anyone at paypal to talk to about it
