Trying to cancel a payment to friend

I am trying to cancel a payment to a friend that she used an incorrect email for the account. It doesn’t give an option for a cancel payment in the activity area

May help if you said what it does say rather than what it doesn't.

Is it completed/sent OR pending/unclaimed.

It’s doesn’t say anything. That’s the issue it only says repeat transaction. Unless I’m not looking in the right spot

ok then if its saying that it means you sent a friends/family payment and its completed to the email address you sent it to.

Sadly all you can do is email that ''wrong'' email address and ask them if they will refund the payment as it was sent to them by mistake.

You can't force them to do so however as it was a ''gift'' payment and not a payment for goods etc.
