Trouble with reciving payment from eBay

Hi,
The business I work for and post stuff on ebay for sold a book on ebay. The customer paid the amount and paypal sent a message to that effect, but ebay said the payment was still pending. After talking with ebay and going back and forth, it turns out that another person that works for the business changed the email for paypal, but it was not updated for ebay so the payment was sent out but did not arrive in our account. ebay has told me to cancel the order and relist it, but I wondered if there was anything to do on the paypal end of this. I have both the new and old emails... just wondering if there is a way to route the payment.

Welcome to the PayPal Community!
You may need to re-add and confirm the old email back to your PayPal account (which is currently registered to your Ebay account), here's how to add another email to PayPal account:

Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
Click About the business under "Profile" on the left of the page.
Click Update next to "Business information."
Edit the section you want to update, and click Save.
