Triple charged - how do I get a refund?

Hi there, not sure if this is the right place but wasn't sure where else to ask!
I recently noticed I was charged 3 times (49.95 each) for a 1 year subscription, so I've been charged for 3 years when it should only been 1. This hasn't happened with this company before but I've seen other people saying its happened to them and they've got a refund through PayPal. I have contacted the seller/business with no reply in over 7 business days. I'm worried I will run out of time to claim for a refund.
How do I go about starting a dispute?
I went through the resolution centre but seems that's only if the amount was wrong, couldn't find an option for being double/triple charged.
