I am trying to send money to a friend from New Zealand to South Africa. Everything works as it should until the moment of 'send' - then a message comes up saying
Sorry, this recipient can’t accept payments right now.
If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service.
There are funds in my designated account and the recipient on the other side works through paypal all the time.
