Transfer

So question my son only has a debit card and he has had money sent to him and it ask him if he wants to transfer to his debit card and he clicks to do it and it says money has been sent but when he checks the balance the money isn't their?? Does anyone know how to fix this or what to do it's almost $100

Has he confirmed the card with the 4 digit code as per link?

Does the billing address of the card match the paypal account address?

Are the funds cleared and not pending?

Are the funds in the correct currency for withdrawal ie local currency.
