Transfer GBP to GBP between own accounts cross boarder

I have GBP account in UK and also another GBP account in Slovakia. Both accounts are my personal accounts. 

Is it possible to do a transfer from UK to PayPal and then from PayPal to Slovakia (with no conversion, both are GBP accounts). 

And would it cost any fee? 

I have a personal PayPal account
