Transactions, payment on hold

Hello: This is my story: I just got a gift, an amount of money, and my friend sent it to a PayPal account that I have from Mexico. It was an amount in Israeli shekels. I didn't want that money in that PayPal account because the money is transferred automatically to my Mexican bank account after 12 pm cst and I didn't want my money to be converted to Mexican pesos. Ànyway, before I made the transfer, I opened another PayPal account with my Israeli address and I associated my Israeli bank account to the new Israeli account, so I proceed to send money from the Mexican account to the Israeli one... But, because I didn't activate the new Israeli account before, the new amount of money I sent to the new account was put on hold and now I need to wait 21 days to be cleared up.... But... I just got a message from the old Mexican PayPal account that PayPal is transfering the money to my Mexican bank account... Gosh... It is very confusing....what can I do???

You can send money as friends and family or goods and services. If you send the money as goods and services the money may put on hold to the recipient's account. You can confirm receipt onto the PayPal account where the funds came from by following the steps in the article provided below. Now a payment may be also be tagged as Denied, Refunded or Unclaimed, check also below article for possible reasons:
