Transaction was cancelled by the merchant and money was taken from my credit card

I have made a transaction 6 days from one of the merchants, they have replied from their side that the order was cancelled same day.

yesterday i have checked my credit card and the money was debited ( withdrawn ) from my card by paypal at the same day of the transaction.

i need help as i sent email to the contact center, they said that i have to wait till the compliance department finish reviewing the transaction ...

can any one tell me what to do to get my money back ??

Your money will return back to your card automatically.

You can cancel a transaction but you can't cancel an already processing payment from your card, it starts processing the instant that you pay.

Once its transfered to Paypal it will then be credited back to your card account.
