I'm having problem claiming my payment from my email, I keep getting the error message that the transaction no longer exists and I never rejected nor the sender rejected the payment. The payment is now stuck in some kind of weird space.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
