Transaction made with out the account

Hi I made a transaction is still pending for Authorisation. I made through PayPal but with login into the account. How can I cancel it ? I only have the receipt number

Keep in mind that an authorization is not a charge. To cancel an order, please contact merchant with receipt ID number. You won't be able to dispute until the payment is posted as a charge. Authorizations cannot be canceled by PayPal as it is an agreement with merchant to pay so only merchant can release you from it. If merchant cancels order, the pending authorization may remain until expiration and funds released which may take about a week, up to 30 days.

Hi. Thanks for your quickly response The problem is that I’m not receiving response from them, I think is a fake merchant. That’s the reason I wanna decline it
