I was trying to send money to a friend, like i normally do through Facebook Messenger.  Messenger kept looping me around asking for my oin, but when i put it in, I was promted to confirm the payment, and then it asked for my PIN over and over. I closed the message out, signed out of Facebook, for it to just keep doing this over and over.  I got on Paypal and looked at my transaction history, and seen where a previous transaction for the amount I was trying to send before and I had to option to "repeat transaction", so thinking it would send it just like it did before, I clicked this button. The money was then deducted from my balance, and apparently sent to Facebook Payments Inc. However, my friend never received the money in which I sent. Im assuming it was sent to Facebook instead. I contacted Paypal through the resolution center and was told I needed to contact the person it was received from and request for them to send it back to me, but its facebook, I cannot contact to do so, I tried! How do I get my money refunded back to me? The money sent was money for gas for my friend to be able to come and get me from work. So until I figure out what to do, I am unable to get home from work. This was the last $10 I had until I get paid again in the morning. I need to get this figured out ASAP!
