Hi! I am very new to paypal and I am not sure what to do. When buying on the cotton on website I went to the paypal portal and it took money from my account then when directed to the cotton on website it has said that i need to put through the payment again as it didn't go through but paypal has already taken the money from my account. I have not received any payment confirmation from cotton on. Please help!!
