Taking payment using pay pal account

 Hi

Just set up a PayPal link on the website and successfully made payment using the PayPal button, when manually entering card details. However, there is an issue with making a payment using a PayPal account.

Testing is conducted using a personal paypal account, able to click to say 'pay with account' enter email address but when entering the password, an error is generated 'some of the information is incorrect, please try again.'

Note: to test there is no error with the email address and password, I have been able to successfully log into my personal paypal account, in a separate tab.

I see you're having an issue with guest checkout on your website. Sorry to hear that. 

I do show that for UK accounts you are required to create an account when going through the guest checkout flow. When you enter your card information are you also entering the account information to create an account as well? You may want to reach out to our phone support team for assistance so they can review the website with you directly.
