Please add a (discoverable) Bug Report form. I find PayPal forum posts where people are looking for this form since 2013 already.
It's not a shame to admit there could be bugs in PayPals websites, microservices and UI. All software has bugs hidden some where and every code change will introduce new bugs (or issues as we developers prefer to name them).
Last time I tried to report a bug, I (mis)used a PayPal contact form for payment complaints, but posting that form also ended up in an 404 error... So please test the bug report form on a regular basis.
