I run a monthly subscription service and received a payment earlier for the usual amount, but the money doesn't show on my balance and the transaction says "Pending". Is there a reason for this?
I have a subscription button on my site so whatever the date is for my subscribers will be their monthly billing date.
Don't want to send out a product and then the payment get cancelled. Will signing up for the "Recurring payments" and getting charged the $19.99 be the better way to go? If so, am I able to set a specific date to bill everyone?
