Hell i was wondering why i can't send payments? I was about to pay my customers money then its show error "Sorry we weren't able to set up preapproved payments at this time" please help me i watch youtube asking my friends none of them work i hope you guys can help me with this.

I'm sorry to hear that the attempted payment is not going through. This is likely due to the security system detecting some element of risk that leads it to decline to allow the payment. If the issue persists after letting your account sit idle for a full day before retrying the payment, please reach out to customer service for further investigation.
