Hi guys. I want to cancel two of my pre-approved payments but the problem is that they aren't on the list. They are nowhere to be found. I'm charged by these two sources because I can see it when I view my bank account transactions. Moreover all my transactions on the activity page are missing (apart from monthly payments for Netflix) . I would be really grateful for your help. I called customer service but it's fully automated and it's of little assistance considering my problem . Thank you
