Wrong address on order just made. Can I change it? Or cancel the order?
I am quite sure I put the correct address in the order.

Contact the merchant / seller you purchased from and ask them to confirm the address and if wrong then cancel and refund?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
