Sent money to wrong country

I was sending someone money for something I had bought. I sent it to the email they had shown me, but I was supposed to pick their country as China and I accidentally kept it US. Is there any way to change that without asking for a refund from them?

If you sent it to their paypal registered email address via send money > goods/services then why would you need to pick a country?

Or do you mean you wanted to send another currency?
