Hi,
I sent money to someone who I thought had a PayPal account but it turns out that they don't. I am trying to cancel the transaction or reclaim the money but there is no option to do so in my PayPal account. This transaction took place over two months ago. I tried to dispute it but they denied my claim because there was no fraud. It's my money, I just can't get it back. When I call PayPal they have a message that says they are busy and cannot help me.
