Sent money but she didnt receive

Hello guys! Some days ago i sent a payment to a receiver but she still didnt get the money!Im sure i wrote the correct email address because my friend who was sitting next to me made the same payment and it worked for her and the receiver got her money, but i sent for the same email address and its written out “Sent” but the receiver told me she didnt got anything.why is ithat??? can someone help me?

Hope you are doing fine.

The best way for you to know if you've successfully sent the money is to check your activity page and look for the transaction. If the status shows as completed, then it means the money has been successfully sent to the person. You may advised the recipient to have her PayPal account be checked further by our customer service by clicking Contact Us at the bottom part of the  PayPal page.
