Pending refunds

I sold an item. The the good arrived to vuyer that no longer wanted it. Now i am chasing them to send the item back they are being difficult claiming that paypal have told them to hold on to goods before sending back. Is this true?

Regarding your concern about an item being held by the buyer, based on experience, we don't actually advise buyers to hold unto an item. Please refer to this Help Center article that may provide us more information as to how disputes work:
