My brother used facebook pay to send me money, but it was sent to the wrong email which doesn't exist anymore.
The reason being that I had deleted and readded my paypal email on my fb account but fb defaulted all send/receive payments to my Dad's old paypal email which doesn't exist anymore.
We tried fb support but they said it was a paypal issue now. My brother used his debit card as payment method so we can't dispute the transaction. My Dad and I tried to log back into his comcast.net email, but it's been years since he used it and it doesn't exist anymore once it became xfinity. We tried the "having trouble logging in?" option on paypal but upon typing in his email it couldn't find any account associated with it.
What can we do? The payment says completed on facebook and I assume the account still exists then?
