Hy I want to send money abroad having bank account i complete all steps in recipient option i ask me to enter routing and account number i dont have these numbers Please guide where to find in paypal

In general, when you send money, you're only requested to add a funding source and to select the email address or phone number of the recipient. When adding a bank account to your PayPal account, you would need to provide your bank account details. If you're asked to provide a routing number, it means that you can only add a U.S. bank account to your PayPal account.
