Seller put wrong order type

Hello,


I paid for something with PayPal and the seller put it as as service when it was a product, I am now stuck and cannot raise a case as the cases for a service do no include fake items sent.

 

I have been sending messages to PP to get help but the just go ignored, there is no phone number to call, so I seem to be totally stuck?
