Hello, i recently sold a digital item on eBay and the listing got removed due to a suspicious buyer. The problem is i already gave the buyer the item and their payment is pending in my balance on paypal. I contacted eBay and they said to contact PayPal to let them know it was digitally delivered so the buy can’t chargeback. I’ve tried finding a way to contact PayPal directly but it’s all automated responses. Can anyone help with this?
