Paid via paypal (using debit card) for an instrument I ordered online last June 2, seller only messaged me now (June 19) that she cannot process my payment which is under PENDING "temporary authorization", claiming that the authorization might already be expired? Seller then cancelled the transaction instead and issued me a new invoice. Paid for the new invoice and the transaction went smoothly. Just wondering when will I be able to get my money back for the 1st transaction that was cancelled by the seller? I believe it wasn't claimed, and the PayPal statement states that "The temporary authorization was canceled and your payment method wasn't charged." ?
