Ok, so when you type that number, does it say "Wells Fargo" , or "PayPal" as the"Bank"? Because, as far as I know, Wells Fargo is my Bank for my debit card, and always has been....
So I had this problem too. What I did is I typed in my routing number and instead of clicking out the box, I left the cursor in the box and just clicked save. It asked me for a picture of the front and back of either my ID or Driver License and then saved it.
