A payment was to be received by me and I got a mail from paypal to upgrade my account to business account in order to receive payment(as this was my first payment), otherwise the payment will be returned back. But I mistakenly deleted that account of mine instead of upgrading it. But now I’ve made a new account with same email-id and contact number. So my question is will I be able to get that payment in my new paypal account or not as it is made with the same credentials??????
Welcome to the Community, and thank you for your post! I'm sorry to hear about this trouble with your account. If the account was closed prior to claiming the payment, the payment would generally be returned to the sender. Here is a great Help Center article on How To Receive PayPal Payments.
