Refunds

I used Paypal to pay for and car part that was £130, the company said they ran out of stock so have refunded me but the money is not back in my bank and the Paypal app does not show the payment too them for £130 never mind the refund all other payment before the date and after are there even an other part from same company 2 days later that was £48 which again they did not have and the refund is back in my bank for that and recorded on Paypal any ideas? Anyone?

Paypal payments are not instant, when you pay someone paypal credit that person the funds and then paypal take the wait for the funds to transfer from your bank account. Funds can LEAVE that bank account from a few hours up to a few days later but still take 5-7 working days to arrive at paypal.

So if in the meantime you get a refund then its normally pending until the funds have completed through to paypal and then they are credited to your paypal balance (if it was funded from your balance or instant bank transfer), but that takes a few days and sometimes up to a week.
