I recently refunded a customer on eBay but only had partial funds in the paypal account, I assumed paypal would take the remaining amount out of my bank but it was correctly linked at the time. Thepaypal balance went into the minus so I linked up my account correctly and send the money over to bring the balance back to 0. I'm slightly concerned because although the money hasleft my paypal account (assuming it's gone back to the customers account?) but eBay hasn't recognised the transaction because when I initially tried with the partial funds in my account, eBay came up with an error message. Will the money go through to the customers account now that's its out of mine, and will this register with eBay?
