Hi I purchased something from eBay from my bank account (not pay pal) And it was damaged, so the seller says he has refunded me through PayPal- this was a week ago and I still have no refund ? What’s up ? X

If you used paypal as a guest buyer then any refunded payment will go back to your card account, allow up to 30 days.
