Gave wrong credit card to merchant when returned item that was ordered online. Can I go back with the correct card and run the refund transaction again?
If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card. So if they used the 'refund' and not send money option it should go back to the card you used.
