A client made a purchase and sent me the money. Because I am new to PayPal this money was on hold. While I was trying to figure out how to take the money off the 'on hold' situation I accidentally pressed refund so the money was sent to the buyer. Now she has the product and the money. I sent her a couple of emails and also requested the money but she did not respond. Obviously, she is not willing to return the money. Is there anything I can do to take my money back or have I lost them?

Sadly you can't force a buyer to pay you again after a voluntary refund.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
