I made a transection from the zingoy platform and made payment from paypal. But the transection was failed and the amount was deducted from my account. The zingoy support has tell me to connect with paypal. But the customer service are clossed. My transection was on 20th march. 2020

Sorry for the inconvience, our customer service support is currently close do Covid-19 virus. You can still contact our chat support so that they can check and look the transaction. Just login to your PayPal account click Message Center and choose Chat Support.

Hi @Shyamsharma 

 

What is the status of the transaction on your PayPal account? If the transaction shows completed, you can dispute the charge for item not received (check this Help Center article on how to do this). If the transaction shows as pending, then this should fall of in a few days as the merchant did not capture the payment.

@rnatividad the transection histry is not shown in the payal activity i have a email from paypal as a proof that tell that the trqmsection was failed. And the zingoy platform was also conferm that the payment was failed.
