I have got a refund on a machine that the website stated was from the UK but the machine was actually produced in India. The issue is the machine in question due to what its for has to be made within the EU. Finally got a refund and have had to pay £13.20 to retrieve the item to then pay £18 to send it back. Is there anyway I can request it back?
