Hello, i was refunded 7$ from a friend 4 days ago. I still havent recieved the money and i need to buy something. It says that it is refunded, but i still havent recieved anything. How can i get it back?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
