Refund

So, I have my card linked with paypal and i bought something by mistake and the owner refunded me and it showed the refund on paypal, but when I went to check how much money I have in my card its like I never got a refund

Paypal say allow 30 days for refunds to hit your card account but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, but that varies country to country.
