Refund

Hello, I got a refund from Walmart 1 week ago I paid via PayPal with my credit card. It says refund issued even on PayPal , but there is no money in my bank I contacted PayPal but can’t get a hold of anyone . My bank said it’s on paypals side and they see no refund
