Hello I received refund from Paypal but now i want to pay new order on Ebay but I cant? What is the problem?

How did you fund that refund?

Is it in your balance?

Has it gone back to your bank account?

Is it on your card?

What funding source are you trying to use to pay with paypal?

Does the refund show as completed or pending?
