I have a situation where the seller issued me a refund 2 weeks ago and its still listed as pending.
On my activity statement, there is a date saying that the transaction will be settled by 20 december which has passed.
The seller has done their bit by refunding the amount so there is not reason for this to be held up.
My next option is to dispute the charge directly with my bank.
Has anyone else gone through this? It seems like my money is in limbo with no estimation on when it will be available to me.
