Refund on a closed paypal account and with no active cards

I know there have been a lot of this kind of posts before, but i didn't find an answer in any of them.

I got a refund  from a purchase done in the beginning of the year. In the mean time the paypal account and the credit card linked to it are cancelled.

How can i get this refund back to me?
