Paypal took the payment twice

Hey! I’ve been trying to reach support since friday but I cant! Can you provide me a phone number or an email that I can use to send you my issue? Paypal has taken an amount from my bank - TWO TIMES instead of one. But I cant find a way to resolve, and I am really dissappointed. I have some money in my debit card to pay some things, and from friday, I cant access them because paypal has taken the amount of 272€ TWICE, and i cant see the final amount in my summary yet. Its not the mistake or the technical issue that dissappoints me! But the fact that I cant reach anyone, no one answers me, I tried messages, email, phone, even instagram. Its ok for some hours. But now the issue exists from FRIDAY. And it is Tuesday. Please resolve this. I am not asking more than I deserve as your client.
