Hello all, So I sent a payment to a friend recently and they told me they couldn’t accept it and rejected it and refunded me, and they showed me screenshots of them doing so. However, the refund has not appeared on my account activity page and when I searched the transaction ID on the screenshot nothing appeared in my account. I tried calling customer service but they couldn’t help. Does anyone have a clue on whats happening?
