Hello, I have purchased some mic stands on 26th December 2020 and the seller replied to me 3-4 days from that day saying that he is unable to send mic stands and to give me a refund. The refund notification is received on 31st December 2020 and the status of payment is "completed" but I have never received funds on my credit card. I have contacted the bank explaining the issue and they've told me that they do not have any payments on hold. What should I do? Please help

Hi @Dinac975,
Welcome to the Community and thank you for your post!
In general, how your money is refunded depends on how the payment was sent. Card funded payments will be refunded back to the card – it may take your card issuer up to 30 days to post it. Bank funded payments are ultimately returned to the bank, and PayPal balance payments are refunded to your balance.
Hope this helps,
Jenny

Dear Jenny, Thank you for your response. However, the refund hasn't still been sent to my credit card. The seller sent the refund od 31st December 2020, and I have received the notification for that refund. I really don't know who to talk to since there is no way to directly contact PayPal. Could you provide me contact of a person to talk to via phone?
