New to PayPal, ordered something from eBay it didn't arrive I opened a case and the seller responded saying she had refunded via here but had other funds coming out so payment would be refunded by Nov 5. This message has disappeared so I can't open a case via here! but I have an email as evidence that states it WAS here.. What do I do.. Have I lost my money?! Thanks for any help.
If you funded the original payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded it will automatically go back to that bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days although its normally much quicker than that, country dependent.
