Paypal refunded my payment of $99 on Aug 18, 2020, but until now after more than 5 weeks, no refund has appeared on my bank account. Dispute is no longer allowed because it says it was already refunded. How long do I have to wait for refund to appear in my bank account. It's taking too long. What other steps can I make.
