Refund and costs

I've just had a payment and a charge has been deducted from it.  If I refund the payment, does the payer get the total amount back, the amount I got or my amount minus another charge?

If you issue a full refund then that is what the buyer receives.

You don't get back the fees taken from you when they paid unfortunately.
